Cenetron Clinical Supplies provides a dedicated and experienced Project Manager who will manage all aspects of setting up the study and processing the study according to the agreed upon requirements. The Project Manager will work closely with the Project Leader at your company to ensure that all requirements are met to your satisfaction.

Clinical Trial Kit Assembly and Distribution

Cenetron Clinical Supplies utilizes its patented "Windows" collection kits which enable 100% QC inspection. Other central laboratories inspect only a fraction of kits from collection sites, greatly reducing their probability of detecting errors. Cenetron Clinical Supplies will help you design, develop and distribute kits which meet our and your high quality system requirements. The design, development, and management is inclusive of collection kits and all associated bulk supplies, requisitions, air bills, dangerous goods documentation and shipping supplies.

Cenetron Clinical Supplies has the experience and understands the timelines necessary to assist in the management of clinical trial kit packaging and site distribution. All kits are labeled to include client name, protocol number, visit description, timepoint, lot number, and expiration date. Multiple visit or timepoint kits can also be designed for easy use at the collection site.

Pharmacokinetic (PK) and Pharmacodynamic (PD) Kit Assembly and Distribution

Cenetron Clinical Supplies staff has extensive experience in designing, managing, assembling and distributing PK and PD kits, requisitions, labels and bulk supplies. Whether for single or multiple visits, Cenetron Clinical Supplies can assemble materials to your requirements and distribute those materials directly to the investigator site.

Bulk Supplies Packaging and Site Distribution

All bulk supplies including BD Vacutainer collection tubes, cryogenic vials, transfer pipettes, custom designed labels, or whatever supplies you may require can be managed by Cenetron Clinical Supplies. In addition, FedEx shipping supplies can be combined in the shipment to the investigator site.

Shipping Products for Site Distribution

Cenetron Clinical Supplies can provide many different sizes of frozen shipment coolers, ambient shipping cartons, dry ice labels, biohazard labels, IATA dangerous goods labels and refrigerant packs. With staff trained in dangerous goods shipping requirements, Cenetron Clinical Supplies provides clients with all of the necessary shipping materials and regulatory labeling needed for sites to prepare frozen, refrigerated, or ambient specimens for shipment to a testing laboratory.

Customized Laboratory Requisition Form Design and Printing

Cenetron Clinical Supplies prides itself on the custom design and printing of your study requisition forms. Cenetron Clinical Supplies will work closely with you to design a laboratory requisition form based off of one of our templates or from requirements that you provide. The dedicated Project Manager will work closely with your Project Leader to ensure that the forms adequately capture the necessary information as required.

Bar Code Development and Printing

Cenetron Clinical Supplies has the experience and capability to work with other laboratories and vendors to develop customized barcode labels to ensure that all of your bar-coding and labeling needs are satisfied. Cenetron Clinical Supplies can prepare customized barcode labels in any barcode format to meet your study needs. Cenetron Clinical Supplies has the experience to make suggestions as to the various barcode systems that you can take advantage of to ensure easy labeling and identification of your study tubes and forms.
